What is the difference between Essentiel and Max?
Essentiel covers your profile’s core information. Max allows more in-depth work on its presentation and content. We agree on the sections and deliverables with you before quoting.
Do I need to use software?
No. You hire Optimaps for a service. We use our tools internally and help you with the information, access and approvals needed.
Can you manage my profile every month?
Yes. Monthly Management keeps your profile maintained over time. Posting frequency, review replies and updates are defined in your proposal.
Can you remove any negative review?
No. We assess reviews that may breach Google’s policies and the available options. A negative review does not necessarily break the rules. Google makes the decision.
Do you guarantee a position on Google?
No. We work on the quality, consistency and upkeep of your profile. No position, call volume or revenue growth is guaranteed.
How does the first contact work?
Describe your business and needs. We assess your situation, then send a proposal specifying the scope, deliverables and price.
Do I need to share my Google password?
No. Never share your password. Access needed for the assignment is arranged through Google’s authorisation mechanisms.
Who builds my website?
Optimaps helps you build it with OptiPage. The agency service terms and the OptiPage service terms are specified separately.
